1. initial enquiry
The first step towards your new kitchen is a briefing with one of our team members. This will happen either over the phone or email.
We will provide a comprehensive overview of each kitchen’s features and run through our processes and procedures.
2. site briefing
You will be given the option of a second appointment either at your home. This allows us to get a better understanding of your individual kitchen needs and your project.
You will also benefit from our staff’s experience and expertise as they guide you through the best solutions for creating the perfect kitchen for your home. The site briefing is an obligation free service.
3. preliminary design
After gathering information about your site we will prepare design and layout drawings based on your preferred kitchen range and site specifications. Pricing options will be included in this documentation.
Upon your approval of the layout drawings and associated pricing, we will schedule your kitchen into our production program.
4. detailed design
The next step is a thorough site measure and the creation of 3D rendered drawings of your new kitchen. The drawings will consider the whole space, helping you visualise how the kitchen will look, function and interact with the other areas in your home.
Upon approval of this detailed design, a document will be created and co-signed to authorise construction. We will then commence your project build.
5. construction, installation & shipping
Our products are built in our workshop and can be. Before leaving the workshop your kitchen is fully assembled with all the hardware and appliances fitted. A quality control audit will be undertaken and when complete, everything is packaged and prepared for delivery.
This detailed process allows our kitchens to be easily installed by our team or optionally we can offer an ex-factory service, for installation by a skilled tradesperson. We are experienced working with architects, builders and contractors and will manage communications to ensure a smooth process. We also have a network of businesses we can recommend.
Shipping & installation costs will be included in your quotation.
